LEICESTER’S home KO Cup clash with Ipswich has been re-arranged for Monday, April 17 (7.30pm).
The intended season-opener at the Pidcock Motorcycles Arena, Beaumont Park was a victim of the weather last week but the two clubs have moved quickly to agree the new date.
The Watling JCB Lions travel to Foxhall this Thursday (April 6) in what now becomes the first leg of the tie.
Meanwhile the opening home action of the season takes place on Saturday when the Lion Cubs kick of their NDL title defence at home to Berwick (7pm).
